45-minute Follow-Up: $75

30-minute Follow-Up: $50

Indirect Calorimetry: additional 30 minutes and $50

You may pay by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), or American check. Payment is due at the conclusion of the appointment. If cancellations are not made with at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged $30.
